K2 Design Group, Inc. They were custom made by a metal fabricator for K2.

Waterhouse Bath and Kitchen Studio Duravit, Wetstyle, and Laufen are just a few manufactures for wall mount wood vanities.

Anne DeCocco It could be a white mirror, but it also could be a back lit mirror. Look at Majestic Mirrors (.com) as they've got both. It just glows!

Do not rule out small spaces for an accent wall. Since the vanity wall is the wall you look at most in the bathroom, why not amp it up a bit? Side note: I do realize this particular bathroom is amped up to eleven; you do not need to take it this far, but it's a fun example!
