BeautifulRemodel.com Hi Jeanne, the photo shown is still technically a bifold door, but utilizes two larger doors rather than four smaller, as a double bifold would. I agree its a great look and more practical in certain spaces.

In order to do this you'll need specialty hardware to handle the larger door sizes. We use Johnson Hardware, and the product for this type of install would be http://johnsonhardware.com/200fd.htm. As for the doors, you should be able to order those from your local door shop. It would be helpful to not only take the sizes of the current opening with you, but also a few photographs showing them what you currently have with regard to the frame etc.
