Gacek Design Group, Inc. The builder is Guidi Homes. They would have the specification of the flooring.

If there are windows I'm the landing area, including framing built in bookshelves would make it an irresistible area for a vanity. The natural light is a crucial element. Maybe if the mastersuite was at the top of the stairs?
