Was this work station custom built or did it come in pieces? - This is the ideal work station it is simple but classy, I want to do he same thing in my new living room, I have the space to do it, can I get what I need from Ikea to do this? »
I am wondering where the file cabinets came from. What are these dimensions? We are in the process of remodeling our home office and I have had this picture saved for months. It fits perfectly! »
Nanette Baker of Interiors by Nanette I'm glad you like it. The system is 11 ft. long and 7 ft. high. It was made by one of the closet companies. I am on Long Island, NY and I used Custom Closets Direct. They did a great job. One of the best things about the design is the printer is stored in the middle cabinet, hiding it. Good luck on your project. Nanette
We could always go straight across the back of the wall similar to this to create a double workspace. I see chairs similar in many photos...these must be a popular style for a home office...wonder if they are comfortable?
