The client's basement was a poorly-finished strange place; was cluttered and not functional as an entertainment space. We updated to a club-like atmosphere to include a state of the art entertainment area, poker/card table, unique curved bar area, karaoke and dance floor area with a disco ball to provide reflecting fractals above to pull the focus to the center of the area to tell everyone; this is where the action is!

Durability, ease of maintenance and water resistance make vinyl plank flooring the perfect choice for the gaming area of the basement. Add in the warmth and beauty of the rustic hand scraped wood-look, and the flooring elevates this space to that of a high-end club room.
Alair Homes Lake Norman
This home renovation includes two separate projects that took five months each – a basement renovation and master bathroom renovation. The basement renovation created a sanctuary for the family – including a lounging area, pool table, wine storage and wine bar, workout room, and lower level bathroom. The space is integrated with the gorgeous exterior landscaping, complete with a pool overlooking the lake. The master bathroom renovation created an elegant spa like environment for the couple to enjoy. Additionally, improvements were made in the living room and kitchen to improve functionality and create a more cohesive living space for the family.
