This beautiful French Provincial home is set on 10 acres, nestled perfectly in the oak trees. The original home was built in 1974 and had two large additions added; a great room in 1990 and a main floor master suite in 2001. This was my dream project: a full gut renovation of the entire 4,300 square foot home! I contracted the project myself, and we finished the interior remodel in just six months. The exterior received complete attention as well. The 1970s mottled brown brick went white to completely transform the look from dated to classic French. Inside, walls were removed and doorways widened to create an open floor plan that functions so well for everyday living as well as entertaining. The white walls and white trim make everything new, fresh and bright. It is so rewarding to see something old transformed into something new, more beautiful and more functional.

This glamorous, contemporary bathroom design is based on the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, and certainly evokes the style and atmosphere of a Las Vegas hotel. The large, frameless glass enclosed Steamist steam shower is an amazing centerpiece for this design, and offers the perfect spot to unwind. The shower includes a stunning mosaic tile design, recessed lighting, and two recessed storage niches. If you prefer a soak in the tub, the adjacent Sterling bathtub is a soothing spot next to the bright windows. A separate toilet compartment offers privacy with a frosted glass door. The Aristokraft vanity with Jeffrey Alexander hardware is fit for a Las Vegas high roller, with sleek, white flat-panel cabinetry topped by a dark granite countertop. Two sinks sit on either side of a central make-up vanity, with three back-lit mirrors offering the perfect place to get ready for a big night out.

At the touch of a button these motorized shades lift to allow light and close to afford privacy. Top down-bottom up configuration allows for both light and privacy. The freestanding tub and tub filler are sophisticated and timeless as is the white marble wall tile and herringbone floors.

This is the perfect mix of a light stain cabinet with gold accents and a LG Viatera Lumina quartz throughout! The additional on counter storage with the tall cabinets is the perfect spot for all of your makeup or shaving accessories.

A spa-like master bathroom retreat. Custom cement tile flooring, custom oak vanity with quartz countertop, Calacatta marble walk-in shower for two, complete with a ledge bench and brass shower fixtures. Brass mirrors and sconces. Attached master closet with custom closet cabinetry and a separate water closet for complete privacy.

The master bath in this Franklin Estate home was original to the early ’90s and ready for a complete gut and makeover. The layout worked well for both husband and wife, but they were ready for new high-end amenities. Adding a fully programmable heated floor, custom cabinetry topped with gorgeous quartz, and a completely custom remote-controlled electrical system were just a few of the luxuries. The new spa shower with rain head and handheld Hansgrohe fixtures are perfect for a quick morning wakeup or end-of-the-day relaxing soak. A must-have for “her” was the Kohler Sunstruck oval freestanding heated bubble massage air bath, that replaced the old clunky built-in corner tub. A must-have for “him” was the Toto Neorest with Actilight technology. This toilet is truly a revolutionary innovation at the peak of luxury. This intelligent toilet uses an integrated UV light and special glaze to break down dirt and grime in the bowl and rinses it clean with ewater+.
