We created an audio network of 15 different zones to provide a completely immersive and seamless audio experience. James Loudspeaker provided customized interior speakers that matched the size, and most importantly, the color needed for each room. This varied from an oak brown color in the study, to a mint green in the living room. Few manufacturers can provide speakers in any color like James Loudspeaker.

As part of our Desk Area Remodel project we also updated this Palatine living room as well. Using all custom fabrics we added a sectional sofa, the two ottomans, the roman shade, drapery panels and area rug, The staircase is visible to the rest of the home so we add wallpaper to the window wall as a nice eye-catching accent. A light and airy attic room becomes a beautiful and productive workspace. A board member and art collector asked us to refresh her home office in the Ashbury Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. We retained the original stained glass windows and the leaded glass antique built-in cabinets. We lightened the walls, simplified the fireplace, added modern, yet comfortable furniture and selected handcrafted light fixtures. This office has a standing desk (against the wall, under the monitor), a seated work table and lounge chairs with an ottoman for reading and phone calls. --- Project designed by ballonSTUDIO. This built-in was reconfigured to incorporate a large screen T.V., hidden cable boxes and other components. It was then refinished white.
