The goal for these clients was to build a new home with a transitional design that was large enough for their children and grandchildren to visit, but small enough to age in place comfortably with a budget they could afford on their retirement income. They wanted an open floor plan, with plenty of wall space for art and strong connections between indoor and outdoor spaces to maintain the original garden feeling of the lot. A unique combination of cultures is reflected in the home – the husband is from Haiti and the wife from Switzerland. Soft light reveals every fine detail in the custom cabinetry, illuminating the way along the naturally colored floor patterns. This view shows the arched floor to ceiling windows, exposed wooden beams, built in wooden cabinetry complete with a bar fridge and the 30 foot long sliding door that opens to the outdoors.

Worked with Lloyd Architecture on a complete, historic renovation that included remodel of kitchen, living areas, main suite, office, and bathrooms. Sought to modernize the home while maintaining the historic charm and architectural elements.

Our St. Pete studio designed this stunning home in a Greek Mediterranean style to create the best of Florida waterfront living. We started with a neutral palette and added pops of bright blue to recreate the hues of the ocean in the interiors. Every room is carefully curated to ensure a smooth flow and feel, including the luxurious bathroom, which evokes a calm, soothing vibe. All the bedrooms are decorated to ensure they blend well with the rest of the home's decor. Influenced by English Cotswold and French country architecture, this eclectic European lake home showcases a predominantly stone exterior paired with a cedar shingle roof. Interior features like wide-plank oak floors, plaster walls, custom iron windows in the kitchen and great room and a custom limestone fireplace create old world charm.
