We were hired for this project to renovate a master bedroom and bathroom in an adorable colonial in the suburbs of New York. The bathroom had floor to ceiling mirrors and brown marble with dated gold fixtures and was in need of a serious upgrade. After gutting the space, we put in a beautiful neutral color palette with a charcoal vanity and big freestanding soaking tub. In the bedroom, we needed to change all of the furniture, window treatments, choose new paint colors, light fixtures and accessories. With 2 full sized windows this bathroom has lots of natural light. The soaking tub is modern, but the vanity is traditional.

This renovated bathroom features a large vanity with a crisp white countertop, dark wooden linen closet, off-white marble tiling of the shower walls, a tiled shower niche and vanity backsplash made from neutral colored tiles, and thunder gray painted walls. A challenging building envelope made for some creative space planning and solutions to this contemporary Tuscan home. The symmetry of the front elevation adds drama to the Entry focal point. Expansive windows enhances the beautiful views of the valley and Pinnacle Peak. The dramatic rock outcroppings of the hillside behind the home makes for an unsurpassed tranquil retreat.
