Leathered Saturnia Granite shower seat to match the granite on the bathroom counters, tub surround, and the rest of the counters throughout the home. This rustic lodge sits on 80 acres of beautiful Southern Maryland woods and farmland. The homeowners wanted to use one spectacular stone throughout the entire home, so we helped them choose a Brazilian Saturnia Granite with a leathered finish. For this project, we used eleven slabs of this unique granite with flecks of silver mica and cosmic swirls of translucent quartz.

This master bathroom, remodeled by the design team at Simply Baths, Inc. is rustic and country in style but 21st century in function. The aesthetics are organic and earthy, with a pebble mosaic floor in the shower and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The claw foot tub evokes that old country aesthetic accentuated by the warm stained and glazed cabinetry. Meanwhile, amidst all this country charm there's not shortage of amenities. The body jets in the shower and the abundant cabinetry make this a true master bathroom with plenty of room and comfort for two.

Stone and Log Cabin. Natural stonework in outdoor spaces gives off an old-world feel that it was built generations before. Plank and chink facade and encasements on windows provide additional rustic character. The property overlooks the Bridger Mountains.

The 7,600 square-foot residence was designed for large, memorable gatherings of family and friends at the lake, as well as creating private spaces for smaller family gatherings. Keeping in dialogue with the surrounding site, a palette of natural materials and finishes was selected to provide a classic backdrop for all activities, bringing importance to the adjoining environment. In optimizing the views of the lake and developing a strategy to maximize natural ventilation, an ideal, open-concept living scheme was implemented. The kitchen, dining room, living room and screened porch are connected, allowing for the large family gatherings to take place inside, should the weather not cooperate. Two main level master suites remain private from the rest of the program; yet provide a complete sense of incorporation. Bringing the natural finishes to the interior of the residence, provided the opportunity for unique focal points that complement the stunning stone fireplace and timber trusses. Looking past shower from inside the tub, you see the toilet in its own private niche off to the side from where you enter the room. Cieling is dropped in the toilet area for a sense of intimacy. 3-sided glass shower opens this room. High scones bounce lite off the cieling.
