Frank built our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beautiful dream home during COVID and all of its challenges! We could not be happier with the results! He not only built a beautiful and extremely high quality home, two years later he still checks in to make sure things like our furnace has been switched and and ready to go for the winter season and will be back again in the spring to make sure we are ready for the cooling season! All of Frank’s subcontractors are also excellent and reliable, and willing to work with as we are now finishing the basement! My husband and I have built two houses over the years and Frank’s house is by far the highest quality with the best service!

Frank was the contractor for our kitchen renovation. We could not have been happier with the final project. RL builders went beyond our expectations and even helped me with other projects in the house. He was at the house everyday overseeing and doing work. All of the subcontractors he used were professional and experienced in their craft . He made what could have been a stressful situation painless. I trust his expertise and knowledge.

Bob Lello built our upscale five bedroom, five bath, study, full basement house 23 years ago. We were extremely pleased with our house and happy to ask Frank (Bob's son, who also worked on our house at that time) to return to remodel our kitchen. Because of the forward thinking at that time, we don't need to update very much now.

RL Builders did a total kitchen and laundry room remodel in a timely manner. Total project from start to finish took 8 weeks as promised. The quality of work was exceptional and we are completely satisfied with the work done. Attention to detail was superb. Frank also was kind enough to do extra fixes throughout the house. Communication was excellent.

RL Builders did several large projects for us, including adding on bedrooms and bathrooms to our upscale home. We completely trusted them to come and go when we were not home and they kept the work areas as clean as possible at all times! Bob, Frank and all of their workers are extremely respectful, trustworthy and do great work. They were able to make huge additions to our home and you would never know it was added on to. Both the outside and inside of our home looks like it was originally built that way and they worked hard at getting the exact match for materials. I highly recommend them, we are not easy people to please and they exceeded our expectations!

When we decided to work with an architect and build a house, we looked at the homes of several builders. RL Builders stood out immediately for the quality of the materials and the highest level of craftsmanship. RL Builders worked with us every step of the way. With their help we were able to avoid all of the "rookie" mistakes that we would have made. They were professional, accessible, and personable. We have lived in the home for 5 years and continue to be impressed with how well built the house is. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent high quality builder. Was the Main Contractor for our 12,000 sq/ft house. Was able to negotiate with the subcontractors to reduce prices on key areas of the project. Gave numerous additional change orders at minimal to no cost. The whole project was completed early and under budget by 20%! Would definitely use again. Made the whole house building an enormous pleasure, and removed a significant amount of stress from the project.
