She enjoys partnering with local artists and photographers to create authentic spaces that meet the needs of her clients. In addition to drawing from her local roots, Katy finds inspiration from her travels that have taken her around the globe. Her adventures have allowed her to develop a deep appreciation for a variety of cultures and styles that she integrates into her designs.

Katy Dickson has fantastic taste, a great understanding of how to utilize space, is extremely resourceful, very dependable and knows how to either meet or beat a deadline. We were Katy's brokers in NYC and given the space limitations in NYC, good design is paramount. The aesthetics of the apartment, decoration and ultimate staging of the property helped us achieve a record price for her apartment in the West Village. We had several offers and ended up selling the property well over the asking price. This is saying a lot since we are the #1 Team Nationwide for 2013 & 2014 and I see luxury apartments constantly but the combination of design, renovations, and furniture choices really maximized the perception of the apartment and helped us achieve the price we ultimately sold for. Robert Leeper Landscapes

I really enjoyed working with Katy on a landscape remodel. She hired me and my company to design and install the landscaping for a home she was working on. She was fun to work with, respectful of everyone on our team and together we created a beautiful environment that was fitting of the home. I recommend her highly. Her interior work on the home was exquisite - refined but also relaxed and comfortable.
