“Sharon did a complete remodel on our Activity Center last year and we still get compliments almost daily. Any new resident who comes through our doors are completely impressed with the beauty of our center. Sharon is personable and so talented. She gave me choices which she recommended which allowed me to be a part of the design element. As we were on a strict budget, she even shopped resale shops for some of our furnishings and repurposed older furniture to make it look like new! Several people who have been to our center have hired her after seeing our building. We are located at 105 Cross Creek in Lakeway (8-5 M-f) if you want to check it out for yourself.”

“In 2011, I bought a new construction condo. With the exception of the stove/oven, dishwasher, and water heater, there were no other appliances or furniture. I travel often and never have 4-6 weeks in a row at home - the usual time frame for ordering/receiving furniture. Paula Ables Interiors had done the models for the condo sales office and I love her style. I contacted her, agreed to a budget, and gave her the key. Over a period of a couple of months - this was my time frame - she and her staff did everything from furniture and appliances to hanging (my) art on the walls and painting. At the end, I came home from a long trip and went to my new place for the first time. I was amazed. Everything was in place and looked fantastic. I couldn't be happier and haven't stopped recommending her to my family and friends. The most amazing thing is she actually listens to you, understands you personal style and preferences, and works her magic to produce a wonderful, practical, and liveable home. Over a year later, the design she made for me still works and is easy to maintain as 'showroom' stylish as when she completed it. That is an incredible feat. I continue to use her for any design project I have and am never disappointed. Couldn't be happier!”

“After being in our home for a few years we decided to change the look of certain areas. Because of all the positive reviews that we read about Sarah Rice Maldonado, I decided to contact her. After consulting with her it was evident that the reviews were correct. Sarah developed a new design for us. The design used the layout of the rooms more efficiently. She recommended I purchase a few new items that made the area flow better and look larger. Sarah has a very positive attitude and was very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a very keen eye for design. As a result of her hard work and expertise Sarah made our home more warm and inviting. I loved everything she designed. The touch of colors and the flower arrangement are beautiful!!! I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. Sarah thank you for your dedication and determination to make our home perfect.”

Over the course of our relationship, she has sourced pieces for, planned, designed, and decorated the entryway, living spaces, and dining areas in my previous apartment and my current home. Sherlita has a superior eye for detail and is able to deliver fantastic results even when I give her a very vague plan. When I told her I wanted a modern yet timeless aesthetic for my living room, she whipped up a stunning color palette and filled my room with one-of-a kind pieces that brought my dream to life. To top it all off—it fit well within my budget. Partnering with Sherlita is always a great experience because she makes all of the steps easy. I don’t have to do a thing except tell her my design dreams. She knows exactly where to go to source unique things that NO ONE else has. Whether it’s a painting job or a floor refinish, she has intimate knowledgeable about the processes and always has a high-quality contact to help finish the job. “I worked with Karolina using her services twice for big renovation projects. She transformed 2 apartments in very poor condition to cute places to rent - they were my 2 investments properties. Everything was designed with a limited budget and came out fantastic. She and her team took care of the project from A to Z from conceptualization, realization, material and furnishing selection to property rental. European spaces are limited and to contain everything within a small surface is a skill. If you need a perfect floor plan they are certainly the best. My goal was to add value to the apartment, rent it for several years and eventually sell it. Excellent service if you want to add value to rental properties and any property, they can do magic with limited budgets. Space optimization is their strongest point”
