So happy you like the garage and want to build a similar one for your 1958 MCM home. Quite the compliment!
Because we are a design-build firm, we don't sell drawings as a single item. Ours is a comprehensive process of an architect designing to fit a client's exact needs and our carpenters building it to last. The design and construction drawings are part of the total scope of work for the project.
If you are in the St. Louis, MO area we'd be happy to come over and talk with you. If you are elsewhere, doing a search for architects in your area with a mid-century design aesthetic would be the best way to start. Showing them these garage photos would be a great way to get started on modifying this design for your exact needs.
Thank you for the question, and best of luck on such a fun project!

We are SO glad you asked this question, because our designer, Adrienne, is really proud of this "rug" on the tile floor. The red border is made of poured and stained concrete. It's akin to pouring a very thin concrete countertop, and installed as you would ceramic tile.

It's stained to match the existing red tile (as seen on the base of the floor, in the background), and honed to a polished finish that matches the ceramic tile around it. We love the look of 4 long, unbroken strips (and that they made it to the job site in one piece!) - such a unique detail. We let the designer know you're going to use this idea, and she was thrilled. Thank you for your question!

Very exciting to hear your plans. This St. Louis kitchen kept half its original fabric, and we recreated the other half to match. Which was a fun project for our carpenters. Glad to hear you're keeping the steel cabinets. Not only is it the ultimate in recycling, but they are so striking. Good luck with your project. Share pictures on Houzz!

Our client purchased the dining table and chairs after we completed the project, so if memory serves, those are from Target, the Shaker dining series. This would have been at the beginning of 2011 so the exact style of chair may no longer be available, but the table certainly is. Thank you for the question.

Oh, the ACTUAL dining room dining table and chairs! I get it, now : ). Those are authentic MCM have been in their family since the 1960s, handed down from the client's mother. Same for the hutch cabinet. You're best bet is to search second-hand shops and sites that specialize in MCM furniture. A great outlet is Rocket Century, who happen to be in St. Louis with us, but do the majority of their work on-line: http://www.rocketcentury.com/Store/pc/home.asp
