Business Description
Siemasko + Verbridge is a full-service architecture, interior design, decorating, and landscape design firm. Our projects encompass residential, corporate, commercial, and institutional design, inclusive of both new construction and renovation work. We pride ourselves on a powerful team approach and the high caliber design for which we have become known.

Our projects reflect what clients would design for themselves, given a designer's training, expertise and eye. Working in close collaboration with our clients, the design process is a well-researched and thoughtful distillation of client requirements and preferences, with careful consideration of budget and schedule. The result is a structure that is appealing and functional, meticulously crafted, and well suited to both the character of the client and the site.

We have earned a reputation for our commitment to improving the fabric of communities as well as our respect for the environment. Our firm's success is confirmed by a strong foundation of repeat clients and referrals.

Mary, would love to know where to find that wallpaper in 3rd photo. I have a tray ceiling in a dining room that could really spark the room.

I was thinking I really liked the subtle approach, like in the comments of Grande Intrs. But then saw townhouse remodel 1 and loved that! I've just got to take it slow and think about it. I'm going for the British/French Colonial look and it would bring a depth into the room.

btw, my boys always loved going to the dentist. Why? Because in each room was a tv monitor in the ceiling and they could watch a movie or play a video game during their visit. Not into mindless tv always but this was a good use. They have nothing but great memories of their trips - which were not always things of good memories.

We installed honeycomb/cellular shades throughout our Cliff May ranch that have floor to ceiling windows and doors and couldn't be happier. They can function as light filtering shades during the day and privacy screens at night. They have the added benefit of insulation because of the air pockets built in to the shade. We opted for cordless top/down/bottom/up functionality. They cleanly roll-up when not needed. If we wanted to splurge, we could have chosen remotely controlled operation, but the cost is too much.

Thank you for quick alternative. Here's my 1st difference - I like the look and formality of 6 or 8 panel doors. These styles don't "dent OUT" they dent in......which reminds me of a more casual style.

Thanks for your question coloraholic!

Tile: From Veneto Design - Oxygen VD002. I don't see it listed on their website, but we purchased it through Stone Source.

Sink: http://www.duravit.us/website/homepage/products/product_overview/series/vero.us-en.html/p-94230

Vanity was custom made.

Thanks for your question Rbcola. We would not put exposed aggregate in a finished basement. The reason being it's meant to be around pools to reduce slippage, but for a finished basement. Plus it's hard to clean. A stained concrete finish would be much more aesthetically pleasing.

I have been looking for some OUTDOOR barstools for a while now and having trouble. The BBQ island top sits at 39" with the bottom of the tile edge at 36". An awkward height combined with exposure to the elements. I imagine adjustable height seat mechanisms having a very short life here in AZ sun. And why do these seats cost so dang much? I think for now I will just take my kitchen bar chairs outside when the occasion calls for seating.

Thanks for your question! Few things, the fire place is about 5' deep and 6' wide, please keep in mind proportions can be off due to the angle of the photography of this room. Fireplace is roughly 3' wide and the stone surround 9" wide on the sides, top is about a 1' high. The hearth is about a 1' deep.

Thanks for your question Jebasanthi. This hallway is roughly 10' wide to put it into perspective. I'm sure you could build something similar in your space. However, there's a lot of variables to consider that would really determine if your space is bog enough, tread and rise depth and height, your floor to floor height, how many risers do you need ect. It's all about proportions. Good luck!

Thanks for your question Julie. We do not release the floor plans of our projects to the public. We do this out of respect to the time and money that our client spent developing a custom home with us. We also don't display the plans to protect the privacy of the clients.

Thanks for your question Chinedum. We do not give cost estimates on our projects, or pieces of our projects. There are to many variables that go into an estimate and we would hate to lead you in the wrong direction. I would recommend contacting a local company that actually makes the stair..
