“We are doing a full replacement of the windows in our 1900 carriage house in Cazenovia, NY. We had talked to most of the window suppliers in the Syracuse area, including the big- box stores. We looked at the three major window manufactures including, Pella, Anderson and Marvin. They all make great windows and in the end, we liked the Marvin's the best. The overall quality and performance of the product, sold itself. We luckily found Chittenago Lumber, and as a walk in, we were treated very respectfully, with a very knowledgeable representative. She took us through the entire process from picking the right windows, the right install team and stayed with us step by step through the process...Her customer service is a 10 on a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the best. Sincere and dedicated would be how I would describe my experience with Chittenango Lumber, not really two words you might think of when describing a lumber provider. In addition, the install team they recommended, was Team Install out of Auburn, NY. Our experience with them has been just as stellar. Timely, careful, clean, respectful, craftsmanship, would be description of the team of 4 install experts. I would highly recommend this install team. From a price perspective, both the supplier and install team quoted us very competitive pricing, so in the end, we got what we wanted at a fair price. The work looks great!”

“Belknap is the best! Skip the super stores if you want quality. We bought beautiful cherry flooring from them and it is a beautiful enhancement to our home. Roxann Brown was wonderful to work with on our kitchen remodel/addition. And they stand behind their work and their products, which are all excellent quality. Love that they are local, too, with regional resources available and they are "up" on environmentally friendly products. They taught me a lot.”
