“Had been to their store over the years and I was always impressed. We just bought some land and needed a barn for it. We ran into them at the home show and they walked thru all of their options. We liked being able to spec out a barn unique to our needs. They built it super quick and delivered it. The delivery was a challenging quasi road and they went above and beyond to make sure we got our barn in a good spot. I could not imagine other places having such a complete process.”

“WA Zimmer provided me and my family with a luxurious and beautiful sunroom that provided us with many hours of "outdoor" type living in our home for many years. From the great design by Bill Zimmer through the actual construction, the process went very smoothly. Project was completed on time, to our expectations, and within budget. All employees were very professional and paid close attention to detail and quality throughout the entire process. We recommend this company to those that are looking for a no hassle experience! “Stonecraft did an amazing job on our patio. The workmanship is absolutely gorgeous and very detailed. Our backyard has been transformed into outside living space. They put in a fire pit, fountain, pergola, patio, fountain rocks. The design is very unique and creative. We have people stop over all the time to admire the work that Stonecraft did. The owner of Stonecraft, Dan, is very professional, honest, and considerate. He really wants to do what the homeowner wants. Dan has a very artistic eye to design beautiful outdoor living spaces. I am amazed every time I see any of his work!”

“Decks by Design of IN made a great impression during the quote process. We quoted several companies and they were by far the most organized. With photo book in hand of examples of their work with labels (fancy railing, standard railing, vertical skirting, etc), it left zero room for there to be a mis-understanding between what you wanted quoted and what the contractor thought you wanted. They were highly competitive in price and they did not require a deposit upfront which most other places did. We signed up in March and had to wait until first of June, but we were told at the time of quote that they had a waiting list already. Most other vendors had said the same. Plus there were several rainy days that delayed their work progress. Once it was our turn our 480 square foot deck was done in 2 & 1/2 days. We have a 6' wide x 6' tall trellis topped privacy rail to block our neighbors view from their corner window, fancy look rails with classic aluminum balusters, 2 sets of stairs and vertical skirting. There were 2 main carpenters and then some varying 'laborers' on their crew. The 2 main guys were always polite and friendly and very willing to answer any questions. They cleaned up their site quite well. We only had 1 cigarette butt left in our yard afterwards. When we got home the day it was completed we found a couple minor things that needed attention and a guy came out the next day to take care of them. A month later we have a few warped end boards that have pulled screws out, which is common with the drying process of the wood, and Bruce said he will have someone out soon to take care of those for us. We are very pleased with our deck. We have received raving compliments from our family, friends & neighbors. We highly recommend Decks by Design of IN.”
