“I have been working with Bath Concepts on a ongoing basis for four years now. The staff is so professional in all areas of their business. They go out to my client's houses to take accurate measurements for the custom glass shower surrounds, confirm with me all the details (for example: height, glass thickness, hardware selection, finish color) before the unit goes into production. They go back and install ontime, everytime and they make sure the job is clean and that the client understands that they need to let the shower door caulking cure for a certain amount of time before they can open the door and/or use the shower. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a shower door.”

“My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft. “Marc and his team did a down-to-the-studs remodel of my bathroom. It's so pretty now that I'm putting pics on Houzz. The price was upfront, clear, affordable and everything was in writing. They are absolute professionals with years of experience. After the demo was done, they corrected the poor plumbing and non-compliant-to-code electrical issues found. Marc is great at communicating any issues I needed to make a decision on and he offered helpful advice on tile, grout, fixtures and placement of all the above. It was a pleasure having Marc and crew work in my home since they're fun, personable guys. They always left the place clean at the end of the day and were nice enough to put my toilet back on every night. I'm definitely going to use Tight Lines Construction for my kitchen and window replacement and anything else my home needs. Marc can do it all! Give Marc a call for anything big or small, you will be so happy you did”
