“I was redoing all of my kitchen cabinets and ordered handle pulls from Vintage Tub and Bath, their price was very competitive and web site was very easy to use. I was told that the handle pulls would ship in 2-3 days however two days after ordering the handle pulls arrived. All handles were individually wrapped in a bubble wrap sleeve before being shipped which protected the handles from scratches during shipping.”

“I bought an expensive valve from Hudson Reed because I thought it was a higher quality product... WRONG. After 4 months of work and 25,000.00 building a spa bathroom with 2 shower heads I finally got to temp and the guy said to me, "oh no you can't run them at the same time" WHAT???? "If you do then one will be much cooler than the other" I AM FURIOUS, Why would I ever buy a dual shower valve and only run one device. Obv they know this valve will not supply consistent temps to both devices but on the product desc it says "if you run the both you may test out the showers. One is significantly cooler than the other. I called tech support to find out what I have to do to get them to be the same experience a loss in pressure" it does not say... you will have one hot shower head and one luke warm shower head. If it did, obv I would NOT have bought it. When I asked to speak to someone of authority I was told that nobody was available to speak to me. So hear I am with a beautiful bathroom with a huge walk in tiled shower and this piece of crap valve in my walls that does not work. *******UPDATE******* It took writing bad reviews, but the good news is that Hudson Reed actually cared about my dissatisfaction and Dan Gillen contacted me and rush shipped me out a new cartridge. The fix was an easy one and I just had a wonderful shower, I do love the look of the product and it is constructed very well. I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars, it would be 5 if the phone support knew what a simple fix this was. Thank you Dan!!!”
