“UPDATE: After seeing this review, Ryan reached out to me immediately explaining the miscommunication that happened and apologized immensely. He came out to look at the unfinished project immediately and had it fixed within a week. My initial thoughts when booking this project with RyCoe were nothing but positive and I truly believe now it was not done on purpose. I have a lot of respect for the way he handled fixing this and I will continue to use RyCoe for future projects. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.. my landscaping looks beautiful. Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no. I paid for a product and service (that was very expensive) and did not get at ALL what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.”

We also hired them to do some drainage work. They eliminated our drainage issue! They also cleaned up our pond and built a water fall with rocks. Top quality work! We will be hiring you again. “I hired Karl Landscaping in 2009 for a major overhaul of my yard. He installed a new front and side yard walkway with pavers and edging. The backyard was complete with a new large patio consisting of pavers, boulders and he constructed a pergola and incorporated a delivered gazebo into the design. Plants were also installed. Since that initial project, Karl has returned to my home three more times; most recently being 5/2016. No job is to small for Karl. Whether replacing old outgrown trees & plants; repositioning small boulders or just refreshing your mulch - Karl and his crew do it with professionalism. I've been extremely pleased with every project that Karl has done for me and I look forward to future projects!”
