“I used them before and after I had a home warranty. I had my heating go out on one of the coldest days on a weekend. The next year my A/C went out on the hottest day of the year again on a weekend. Go figure. My hot water heater went out the next year and they installed a new one and I love it!!! They are professional, clean, knowledgable and accommodating. There service center always called back timely!!!! They knew I was in a pinch. I had kids at home and the weather was unbearable. They worked fast and we were comfortable again. I trust Ace Plumbing Heating & A/C....Thanks guys!!!!”

“As a new arrival to Kansas City, Missouri it was extremely difficult to find a qualified, reliable plumber who whose work habits were as professional as his work. When I called Katie's ASAP Plumbing, an actual person answered the phone and was extremely helpful. They immediately assessed my situation and scheduled me as soon as possible because of the urgency in my description of the situation. Without even asking, she immediately knew to suggest a trap door for future access to my pipes; this is something I had to ask and go into extensive details about with other plumbing companies. Chuck was the fourth plumber that I had assess the plumbing issue I had with my condo, and he did an AMAZING job. He provided me with various options to suit my budget and he brought all the tools and equipment he needed to complete the job. Additionally, he made sure to respect my space and covered all areas so that when he had to break my plaster the dust didn't get everywhere. He explained what he was doing as he did it so that I understood what the issue was and how he was fixing it. Finally, he also brought in a shop vac and cleaned up all the plaster dust because he knew the dust would aggravate my allergies. His thoroughness and professionalism, which were difficult to find since it took me four plumbers to get to him were much appreciated. I am happy that I have found my plumber in Kansas City : )”

“I had been looking for a plumber that I could put on speed-dial and I feel I have. When I called they schedule the appointment around my preference (it was not an emergency). When they arrived, they were very polite and wore dirt booties to protect my flooring. Since they finished the installing a new toilet sooner than expected, I had them check on another one that had a valve issue. They accidently left their plunger and I left it out for them to pick up. I later (3mos) called them back as there was a leak coming from what seemed to be the installed toilet. They came at no extra charge, it ended up not being the toilet but the shower in the same bath and they didn't even charge for the visit. All they asked for was a good review.”

“I hired this company for some plumbing issues that I had. I inherited a house when my dad passed away and it needed a lot of work. They had to replace most of the plumbing lines, both toilets, a bathtub, the duct work for my furnace and air conditioner, and a few other things. It was a several day job and I couldn't be there for all of it. I felt comfortable with them in my house. They truly care about their workmanship and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I went in there with a list of the things I needed done, and they looked it over to make sure I didn't need anything else. They got me an estimate the same day, and while I was expecting an outrageous price for all of the stuff they were estimating for me, it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. They proved to me that they cared about me as a person, not as a number or a check. I'll definitely be hiring them again.”
