Although not particularly complicated, the process to create a finished product that had the antique, hand-laid look of the 200 year tile flooring you see in Europe required a specific sequence and process. Francois was always available via both e-mail and phone from the initial product selection advice to final finishing. In fact, at one point he insisted that we speak (as opposed to e-mail) to make sure the end result would meet our expectations. The end result was excellent.
