“Howard Homes built our home in the summer/fall of 2011. From the first time we met with Dylan and his team, we knew they were the right choice. With Howard Homes, Dylan made it clear from the beginning that "custom" just means you know what you want - and it shouldn't cost more. We sat down and talked about what we really wanted the features of our new home to be - and then they put together some custom options that we tweaked along the way. This was a much better process than picking from a handful of existing floorplans and having to pay for modifications. Once the build started, we were at the site almost every day and the general contractor, Mark, and each and every subcontractor were extremely friendly and informative.
