“We have used other contractors in the past, and were impressed with Paul and the way he stiuck to the schedule, kept us up to date as the project proceeded and was completely transparent with regard to costs, up front. An excellent aspect was how the sub contracts were lined up and so there were no delays. Everything went smoothly. They also cleaned up as much as possible each day, and tried to get us back into the kitchen as quickly as possible. Paul was respectful and an excellent clear communicator, and was happy to add his creative thoughts but also willing to work within our budget, and to incorporate my ideas. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. The job included: rebuilding the interior sides of an external kitchen wall with new top quality windows and new drywall because of longstanding water damage and leaking. Also, a new door was replaced, and new custom counters installed, plus new undercounter mounted sink, new backsplash tile, painting of cabinets and installing new hardware, new lights, and wired in under cabinet task lights. Painting of walls and mouldings completed the job. We would recommend Comtact Properties without hesitation.”

“Peter did a fantastic job on our basement development. He took a dark, ugly basement and turned it into a great entertainment and hang-out space. He was more than willing to explore any of the crazy ideas we had for items to include in the basement. The worksite was always cleaned up at the end of the day and all of the subcontractors Peter used were very respectful when working in our home. Peter was always prompt and respectful in all of our communications and was very open with everything that was going on during the project. Whenever there was a delay, we were informed right away so we were never left wondering what was going on with the renovation. When there was an issue with one of subcontractors, Peter had already dealt with it before I had a chance to raise the issue with him. We could not be happier with the finished product and how great Peter was to deal with. I would not hesitate to hire Peter and Four Elements again!”
