    “I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

    “My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. I highly recommend him, I also started recommending him my friends. I will 100% contact him even if I have a small project in the future, Thank you Prestige Design and Build for Beyond Expectations.”

    “I hired ivory and oak to build a custom media wall unit, coffered ceilings, base and crown molding, hardwood flooring, and radiator covers for the living room. The experience from beginning to end was excellent. I really appreciated Nicole sending wood and stain samples to my home to help me make the right selection. Steve's work is brilliant, clean and beautiful. On top of everything, their prices were extremely reasonable and I will most certainly use them again for any needs I will have moving forward.”

    “We are completing a full house renovation and hope to be done in July of this year and so far, on schedule! Creative Design has done an amazing job with all of the details. My husband and I have asked many times to revise/change things along the way and the team has gone above and beyond to make it happen. Creative did our first renovation back in 1999 and we had no doubt that they would do a great job when we hired them again for the entire house. We would recommend Creative Design to anyone without hesitation. They are extremely skilled and very professional!”

    “Michael Lewis is a consummate designer with years of experience, talent, and organizational ability. We felt supported by Michael and his able firm throughout our project. There was a culture of sensitivity to our needs throughout the firm and skillful handling of issues as they inevitably cropped up. The firm worked with our century old house to bring it into the modern age, by retrofitting an amazing kitchen into limited space and converting an unusable attic space into a dream master bedroom suite with dormers, increasing our living space significantly.     “After purchasing our first home my wife and I hired Juliano and his company for a complete overhaul of the electronical system in our 2-family dwelling. His company also refinished/stained the hardwood floors in our living room, completed a bathroom, built an exhaust vent in my kitchen, and revamped an outdated plumbing system. Juliano was cordial and easy to work with throughout the process. He provided in-depth explanations of the work being done and even gave our family options with much of the decision making process as we contracted each portion of the job. All of Juliano's workers were respectful and it was pleasure getting to know each of them on a personal level. Not only was the job completed with care and excellence but Juliano's pricing was fair and competitive and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for home improvement and/or construction.”

    “Claudia was the first architect I interviewed and I liked her so much that I canceled the other two I had scheduled. I have a 130 year old home which needed a full gut remodel, with relocation of the stairway, some new foundation walls, three dormers, a reconstructed front entry porch, and a new back deck. Some exterior walls had to be straightened, and 60% of the floor plan was was change. Throughout the whole process, Claudia was not just professional, she was calm, collected and always in control of every situation. Sure there were bumps along the way - it's not possible to remodel an entire home without some surprises. But in addition to inspiring mine and the contractor's confidence, she was always there to be supportive and helpful with finish out choices. Claudia recommended our contractor, who was also excellent. I highly recommend Claudia for any residential project. She's the best !”

    “We had a complete renovation done of our bedroom wing with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a hallway under Heike's guidance. This was the 2nd project we have done with her, and we are once more thrilled with the result! What we like about Heike is that, she is a nice person to work with, she listens well, does extra research, has a lot of knowledge of materials and where to get them, and last but not least the fact that she comes from Europe and understands our modern European taste well. She introduced a number of nice touches in the overall design and paid attention to the overall energy efficiency of the renovation. She also worked with our contractor and the building department of our town. We can full-heartedly recommend her.”
