Communication skills are excellent and since this is the fourth house we've either built or remodeled, we should know. The goal of the company is to help you visualize what the house will look like, your options, how it will set on the lot, and what finishes would look best for the type of house you are building and your budget. We were living overseas at the time, so after we saw the foundation pour, we didn't see it until completion. All details were met and taken care of. It came out perfect, AND we are still good friends!”

“We hired Tom to oversee the construction of our custom Craftsman-style home in Victoria, BC. In the absence of an architect or professional designer, we thoroughly enjoyed working closely with Tom through all aspects of the project for the 10 months that it took to complete our dream home. He was able to turn our pencil sketches into "solid, symmetrical and functional" spaces. There were no surprises - any cost overruns were carefully considered and pre-approved. Given Tom's extensive background and solid reputation in framing and forming, we were confident that our home would be constructed to the highest standards. His dedication to the project and commitment to quality were unsurpassed. He was available to meet with us any time of the day or night and was consistently on site to personally oversee the construction. We were continually impressed with the sub-trades chosen for each portion of the build and the high level of respect displayed on the site at all times. “Very professional, knowledgeable, and guided us throughout the building process. As expected, with COVID, there we some inventory shortages and some delays, but their immediate staff and sub-contractors were always there to offer options and solutions rather than making excuses. We live in a community of retirees, and they commented on how everyone who was involved in the excavation, building, and landscaping of our home were always courteous, respectful, and very professional. Would I use their services again? Definite yes Would I recommend them? Absolutely We are truly blessed and grateful.”
