I would love to have a basement media/game room. For parties, with a kitchenette. I want comfy couches (sleeper sofas would be great) and a nice bedroom or 2 that are concrete safe rooms.

i like the front bar of this, I like the granite top (same as our kitchen), I dont need the stone on the side, a sink in it would be a nice touch. I would use the cabinets below on the bar side to store glasses, Intention is to have the length approx 10 - 12 ft with about 3 ft width if possible, obviously match the granite at the back
