Alan Mascord Design Associates Inc Not sure where you mean, but pertinent room sizes are noted on the plan page, which is linked in the project information. http://houseplans.co/house-plans/homeplan/2453/
Alan Mascord Design Associates Inc Sorry, we don't hold information on specific paint colors chosen or specified by our clients. However, I would add that our photographer's lighting and photoshop skills - along with your monitor settings - mean that the color you see here is most definitely not the exact color on the walls anyway. I would recommend taking the picture to a paint supplier and having them color match a chip for you. Good luck! :)
Alan Mascord Design Associates Inc The shelves are wood framed, just like the tub deck. They are then finished in stone tile. A great feature of the bathroom design!
Alan Mascord Design Associates Inc Sharonsoong: We actually work extensively nationwide and with the power of technology, actually worldwide. We have successfully completed projects in all continents except Antarctica. Damn penguins just won't cough up (anything other than fish). :-D
Wimberly: It's unfortunate the label at the back of the tub is a little unreadable.. do you recognize it? I'm not sure of it.
cindyflavin regarding the tub, I think it is Jacuzzi brand, I have a tub this shape in my master and that is what it is, the tag is also the same shape and color. I forget the model name, I put it in about 6 years ago.
gaylegore Many thanks everyone. I actually used a large piece of light porcelan tile that matched the floor and it came out great. The renovation is ALMOST over!
shelving on tub deck - I am about to do this in my master bath as I think it is such a great use of the space and a wonderful design element. I have 56" (w) x 22" (h) and allotted 10" off the deck to the first shelf, making that shelf just 1" and then another 10" to the top shelf. The depth is 8". Does that sound right to you? Thank you so much. I just don't want to botch this great addition to the room. »
Alan Mascord Design Associates Inc I think what makes these shelves such a success is the solid proportions. I would recommend 2" thick shelves, and then equally space them from the tub deck. Good luck with your project!
Alan Mascord Design Associates Inc The interior dimension of the shower is 5ft (square).
The tub deck (including the tiled shelf unit) is 9'-6" x 4'-0".
However, depending on the depth of shelves and choice of tub, you may be able to get the tub deck to just work at 7'-6". Your shelves would be 12" deep, and there would be no room at the head portion of the tub though.
sheehynan If the shower is 5' square, how is it that the tub deck is only 4'? Aren't they flush? I'd like to do a similar setup in my master bath. Is the opposite side of the tub decking (end not visible in photo) the same size? Thank you so much.
Love the large window by the tub. - Do they have windows where you can see out like this one but people can't see in (especially when you're in the tub!)? »
3. Portland bathtub's towel storage. Open marble shelving to store towels at the end of this tub inspired new storage solutions in Houzzers' bathrooms.
