This indoor/outdoor master bath was a pleasure to be a part of. This one of a kind bathroom brings in natural light from two areas of the room and balances this with modern touches. We used dark cabinetry and countertops to create symmetry with the white bathtub, furniture and accessories.

A once small, cramped space has been turned into an elegant, spacious bathroom. We relocated most of the plumbing in order to rearrange the entire layout for a better-suited design. For additional space, which was important, we added in a large espresso-colored vanity and medicine cabinet. Light natural stone finishes and a light blue accent wall add a sophisticated contrast to the rich wood furnishings and are further complemented by the gorgeous freestanding pedestal bathtub and feminine shower curtains. Master Bathroom Marblex installed 12"X24" Brazillian Black slate in Natural Cleft in straight pattern on the floor, porcelain and glass tile on the walls as well as Kodiak Leather Granite as a countertop.

The Master Bathroom in this house, built in 1967 by an architect for his own family, had adequate space and an existing skylight, but was rooted in the 1960s with it’s dark marbled laminate tops and dated cabinetry and tile. The clients and I worked closely together to update the space for their 21st century lifestyle, which meant updating the divided layout and removing an unnecessary bidet.
