This master bathroom, remodeled by the design team at Simply Baths, Inc. is rustic and country in style but 21st century in function. The aesthetics are organic and earthy, with a pebble mosaic floor in the shower and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The claw foot tub evokes that old country aesthetic accentuated by the warm stained and glazed cabinetry. Meanwhile, amidst all this country charm there's not shortage of amenities. The body jets in the shower and the abundant cabinetry make this a true master bathroom with plenty of room and comfort for two.

The bathroom was transformed with a multitude of materials. Our client has a strong affinity for nature. However, we wanted to maintain a spa feel in the space. Therefore, we incorporated a serene sage green paint on the walls and a stone patterned porcelain on the accent wall in hues of sage, blue and assorted neutrals. These elements combined with the cement tile flooring (also picked up in the shower niche) have a nature-inspired feel without being too literal. The rich stain on the custom vanity and linen cabinet also brings a sense of the outdoors into space while the polished nickel finishes and white color palette throughout create a crisp and sophisticated finish. We did this bathroom for a single man looking for a contemporary, more masculine look for his master bathroom. Please view our website for before pictures of this project.

For the children's bathroom a cement tile (clearly tile) was used on the floor. A vessel sink was mounted on a marble countertop for a warm and simple look. Sconces by Cedar and Moss. Interior design by Amy Terranova.

What began as a shower repair, in a mid-century modern, townhome in the Lake Anne community of Reston Virginia, led to a complete gut and remodel of the original master bathroom. The focus was on creating an updated, efficient, aesthetically pleasing, modern design, to complement the home, on a very tight budget. The updated bath now has a full sized bathtub, 48" vanity, with ample storage, modern plumbing and electrical fixtures, and soothing color tones. This transitional style bathroom design in Southfield, MI takes a narrow space and turns it into a neat, well-planned room with ample space and storage. Clever design details like the corner toilet and the faucet placed off-center at the sink maximize the floor plan to achieve the best layout possible . A custom Medallion Cabinetry vanity and Cambria engineered quartz countertop were designed to offer as much storage as possible in a narrow space.

A subtle yet eye catching master bath. The freestanding modern vanity sits on top of a beautiful patterned tile floor. Great detail was put into selecting the layout of the multi patterned tiles to make sure the serene feeling was maintained while still adding a subtle pop of interest to the space.
