We took this dated Master Bathroom and leveraged its size to create a spa like space and experience. The expansive space features a large vanity with storage cabinets that feature SOLLiD Value Series – Tahoe Ash cabinets, Fairmont Designs Apron sinks, granite countertops and Tahoe Ash matching mirror frames for a modern rustic feel. The design is completed with Jeffrey Alexander by Hardware Resources Durham cabinet pulls that are a perfect touch to the design. We removed the glass block snail shower and the large tub deck and replaced them with a large walk-in shower and stand-alone bathtub to maximize the size and feel of the space. The floor tile is travertine and the shower is a mix of travertine and marble. The water closet is accented with Stikwood Reclaimed Weathered Wood to bring a little character to a usually neglected spot!

Our client required a Universal Design for a San Diego downtown master bathroom that was functional, safe, and comfortable. The client requested a design for her father who had disability challenges. The design encompassed a slide-in tub and a comfort height toilet with fold down balance bars on each side. The magnificent slide-in bathtub is guaranteed to bring back the pleasure of a peaceful bath once again. The interior designer, Marie Cairns, also designed the new bathroom to be vanity wheelchair accessible with plenty of storage. Completed in conbination with a master suite finish upgrade. This was a gutt and remodel. Tuscan inspired 3-room master bathroom. 3 vanities. His and hers vanityies in the main space plus a vessel sink vanity adjacent to the toilet and shower. Tub room features a make-up vanity and storage cabinets. Granite countertops. Decorative stone mosaics and oil rubbed bronze hardware and fixtures. Arches help recenter an asymmetrical space. Existing white exterior windows were custom stained with wood grain look. This view shows the new location for the bathroom area, that was once the location for the closet. Creating a corner with glass panels and doors, kept the space bright and open. Curbless shower aka zero threshold provides the Client with aging in place benefits.

This elegant French Country Masterbath project was designed and created for a client from 6 years ago. 6 years ago, Karen & Dan used us solely for window treatments. This time is was to refresh and redo 4 bathrooms in their home on as reasonably priced a budget as possible. Why? They know they are likely moving in 3-5 years, but want to sell at a great price. Every bathroom was redesigned with careful focus on style and budget. The Masterbath was a completely gut, but reasonably priced cabinets, tub and tile were used throughout. All other bathrooms just had certain aspects changed with the most costly reno areas staying untouched. You’d be pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the budget was for everything…give us a call to find out!
