This master bathroom remodel now has a touch of modern. Before the remodel this bathroom once had a door that opened inward to the shower room because the toilet was in such close proximity the need to wiggle in and out of the room was the only way to get in. We ditched the door and put in a sliding barn door for easy accessibility. The tub and shower conversion was taken out and grey gorgeous tile was placed. A modern shower door was also added. This view reveals the doorless entry and dual showers using Kohler brushed nickel Forte faucets and trims. A built in Avonite shower caddy and bench seat are seen in the right side and match the shower base and countertop. Kohler Forte towel bars are installed in the drying area.

Existing cabinetry was painted, new minimally framed mirrors and added lighting brightened the space. Caesarstone Statuario Nuovo quartz countertops provided a good match to the Calacatta marble tile, but worry free maintenance on the heavily used space.

The clients wanted to turn their bathroom into a luxurious master suite. They liked the location of the tub and shower, so we kept the layout of the bathroom the same. We removed the wall paper and all finishes, fixtures and existing mirrors and started over. Atrium Marte Perla porcelain flooring was installed which is tougher, more scratch resistant than other varieties, and more durable and resistant to stains. We added a beautiful Victoria+Albert Radford freestanding tub with a beautiful brushed nickel crystal chandelier above it. His and hers vanities were reconfigured with 'Lehigh' Quality Cabinets finished in Chiffon with Tuscan glaze with Venus White Marble counter tops. Two beautiful Restoration Hardware Ventian Beaded mirrors now mirrored each other across the bathroom, separated by the open corner display shelves for knickknacks and keepsakes. The shower remained the same footprint with two entrances but the window overlooking the bathtub changed sizes and directions. We lined the shower floor with a more contemporary Dolomite Terra Marine Marble Mosaic tile, surrounded by gray glossy ceramic tiles on the walls. There are so many wows in this master bathroom. Freestanding tub, exotic granite top, 3 shower heads, heated towel bars and custom hand blown lights. Cherry vanity cabinets in Cannon Grey gives lots of storage. The original bathroom had very high ceilings so we lowered them to a more comfortable height. The window was replaced to maximize the view out back!

This bathroom remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. The vanity cabinets are by Cabico Essence with Maple wood, Galao Door style (recessed panel) and Panna Cotta paint/Glaze (off-white) finish. It also features Cambria quartz countertop and tub surround with Berwyn color with Standard Edge. The bathroom floor and shower wall are Anatolia Pulps Gray 12”x24”, Bliss Iceland shower accent, Smoke Gray grout by Laticrete. Other features include Brizo chrome faucet and shower trim, Kohler white vanity sink, tub and chrome steam generator and Myson chrome towel warmer. The vanity hardware is from Richelieu chrome handles and knobs.

This 1970's master bath was in need of a modern day transformation. Because it was so roomy we were able to replace the deck-mounted Jucuzzi tub with a free-standing soaker and still had lots of space to spare. The shower was made larger and a private room for the water closet was added. The windows were replaced with larger windows across the entire south wall. A linear shower drain allowed for the large-scale floor tile to flow into the shower uninterrupted.
