The owners of this small condo came to use looking to add more storage to their bathroom. To do so, we built out the area to the left of the shower to create a full height “dry niche” for towels and other items to be stored. We also included a large storage cabinet above the toilet, finished with the same distressed wood as the two-drawer vanity. We used a hex-patterned mosaic for the flooring and large format 24”x24” tiles in the shower and niche. The green paint chosen for the wall compliments the light gray finishes and provides a contrast to the other bright white elements. Designed by Chi Renovation & Design who also serve the Chicagoland area and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. Marble subway tiles with a herringbone pattern veneer the wall. Mirrors appear to float of the wall. A subtle breakfront cabinet detail makes room for the Rain glass paneled craftsman door opening into the throne room. Cool gray Nickel marble counter tops and grain wood grain patterned floor times are another example of Modern Rustic Living architecture.

Stylish vanity drawers and singular metal finished accessories accent the tall ceilings and simple classical mouldings that bring an air of tranquility to this guest bath.

This Buffalo Bathroom uses the same wood look tile on the floors and walls for a sleek, contemporary look. This shower features a glass tile listello that is intersected by a custom niche box for added storage. The plumbing features a two-in-one diverter from Delta that allows the user to switch water flow from handheld to shower head seamlessly. Across the room are some simple white cabinets with a shiny black granite vanity top.

We designed a spacious shower area with an exterior window (out of view). The double sink serves two users simultaneously without requiring a large vanity area. This niche features a slab of statuary marble.

Feast your eyes on this stunning master bathroom remodel in Encinitas. Project was completely customized to homeowner's specifications. His and Hers floating beech wood vanities with quartz counters, include a drop down make up vanity on Her side. Custom recessed solid maple medicine cabinets behind each mirror. Both vanities feature large rimmed vessel sinks and polished chrome faucets. The spacious 2 person shower showcases a custom pebble mosaic puddle at the entrance, 3D wave tile walls and hand painted Moroccan fish scale tile accenting the bench and oversized shampoo niches. Each end of the shower is outfitted with it's own set of shower head and valve, as well as a hand shower with slide bar. Also of note are polished chrome towel warmer and radiant under floor heating system.

Faux bamboo finished flat paneled DeWils Taurus cabinets pop in this gray monochromatic modern guest bathroom. Atlas Homewares 8" chrome pulls accentuate the horizontal theme carried throughout. Cabinets are topped with Pental quartz counters in "Coastal Gray," undercounter Kohler Arhcer sink and Grohe Concetto faucet. Backsplash is a 3x6" white glass subway tile that we had sandblasted to create the frosted finish. Flooring and shower walls are 12x24" Limestone tiles in "Gris," with matching colored 2x2" shower pan. Grohe Eurodisc Cosmopolitan chrome fixtures match the coordinate with the chrome bathroom accessories and shower glass door handle. The master bath in this Franklin Estate home was original to the early ’90s and ready for a complete gut and makeover. The layout worked well for both husband and wife, but they were ready for new high-end amenities.
