This once dated master suite is now a bright and eclectic space with influence from the homeowners travels abroad. We transformed their overly large bathroom with dysfunctional square footage into cohesive space meant for luxury. We created a large open, walk in shower adorned by a leathered stone slab. The new master closet is adorned with warmth from bird wallpaper and a robin's egg blue chest. We were able to create another bedroom from the excess space in the redesign. The frosted glass french doors, blue walls and special wall paper tie into the feel of the home. In the bathroom, the Bain Ultra freestanding tub below is the focal point of this new space. This transitional primary suite remodel is simply breathtaking. It is all but impossible to choose the best part of this dreamy primary space. Neutral colors in the bedroom create a tranquil escape from the world. One of the main goals of this remodel was to maximize the space of the primary closet. From tiny and cramped to large and spacious, it is now simple, functional, and sophisticated. Every item has a place or drawer to keep a clean and minimal aesthetic. The primary bathroom builds on the neutral color palette of the bedroom and closet with a soothing ambiance. The JRP team used crisp white, soft cream, and cloudy gray to create a bathroom that is clean and calm. To avoid creating a look that falls flat, these hues were layered throughout the room through the flooring, vanity, shower curtain, and accent pieces. Stylish details include wood grain porcelain tiles, crystal chandelier lighting, and a freestanding soaking tub. Vadara quartz countertops flow throughout, complimenting the pure white cabinets and illuminating the space. This spacious transitional primary suite offers plenty of functional yet elegant features to help prepare for every occasion. The goal was to ensure that each day begins and ends in a tranquil space. His and Hers vanities with counter top cabinets. The drawers in the counter top cabinets make the access to items easy while keeping the counters clear from clutter. Placing electrical outlets inside the counter top cabinets allows charging items while they are stored away and hides any unsightly cords. Porcelain tile 12 x 24 floor tile. The tub is positioned to enjoy the mountain view while soaking. There is a steam shower off to the side with a tiled ceiling, Kohler steam unit and fixtures.

Kohler Caxton under mount with bowls are accented by Water-works Studio Ludlow plumbing fixtures. Metal cross handles in a chrome finish adorn both bowls. The Wellborn Estate Collection in maple with a Hanover door style and inset hinge Vanities support the beautiful Carrera white honed marble vanity tops with a simple eased edge. A large 1” beveled mirrors up to the ceiling with sconce cut-out were framed out matching trim– finishing the look and soften-ing the look of large mirrors. A Kohler Sun struck freestanding soak tub is nestled between two wonderful windows and give view to the sky with a Velux CO-4 Solar powered Fresh Air Skylight. A Waterworks Studio Ludlow freestanding exposed tub filler with hand-shower and metal chrome cross handles continues the look. The shower fixtures are the Waterworks Studio Lodlow and include both the wall shower arm and flange in chrome along with the hand shower. Two Moen body sprays add to the showering experience. Roeser’s signature niche for shower needs complete the functioning part of the shower. The beauty part is AE Tongue in chic tile in the “You don’t snow me”- 2.5 X 10.5 on shower walls to ceiling. Matching stone slabs were installed on the shower curb, niche sill and shelf along with the wall cap. A frameless custom shower door keeps the shower open and eloquent. Tile floor was installed over heated flooring in the main bath with a Carrera Herringbone Mosaic on the bathroom flooring– as well the shower flooring. To complete the room the AE Tongue in Chic tile was installed from the floor to 42” and finished with a pencil liner on top. A separate toilet room (not shown) gave privacy to the open floor plan. A Toto white elongated Bidet Washlet with night light, auto open and close, fan, deodorizer and dryer, to men-tion just a few of the features, was installed finishing this most eloquent, high-end, functional Master Bathroom.

From the initial consultation call & property-visit, this Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego whole-home remodel was a collaborative effort between LionCraft Construction & our clients. As a Design & Build firm, we were able to utilize our design expertise and 44+ years of construction experience to help our clients achieve the home of their dreams. Through initial communication about texture, materials and style preferences, we were able to locate specific products and services that resulted in a gorgeous farmhouse design job with a modern twist, taking advantage of the bones of the home and some creative solutions to the clients’ existing problems.

Taking out the enclosed shower wall and making a zero entry shower opened up this bathroom space and made room for an angled free standing tub. We painted current cabinets and added new quartz countertops, mirrors, lighting and cabinet hardware.

Just like a fading movie star, this master bathroom had lost its glamorous luster and was in dire need of new look. Gone are the old "Hollywood style make up lights and black vanity" replaced with freestanding vanity furniture and mirrors framed by crystal tipped sconces. A soft and serene gray and white color scheme creates Thymeless elegance with subtle colors and materials. Urban gray vanities with Carrara marble tops float against a tiled wall of large format subway tile with a darker gray porcelain “marble” tile accent. Recessed medicine cabinets provide extra storage for this “his and hers” design. A lowered dressing table and adjustable mirror provides seating for “hair and makeup” matters. A fun and furry poof brings a funky edge to the space designed for a young couple looking for design flair. The angular design of the Brizo faucet collection continues the transitional feel of the space. The freestanding tub by Oceania features a slim design detail which compliments the design theme of elegance. The tub filler was placed in a raised platform perfect for accessories or the occasional bottle of champagne. The tub space is defined by a mosaic tile which is the companion tile to the main floor tile. The detail is repeated on the shower floor. The oversized shower features a large bench seat, rain head shower, handheld multifunction shower head, temperature and pressure balanced shower controls and recessed niche to tuck bottles out of sight. The 2-sided glass enclosure enlarges the feel of both the shower and the entire bathroom.

This modern bathroom design in Cohasset is a striking, stylish room with a Tedd Wood Luxury Line Cabinetry Monticello door style vanity in a vibrant blue finish with black glaze that includes both open and closed storage. The cabinet finish is beautifully contrasted by an Alleanza Calacatta Bettogli polished countertop, with the sills, built in shower bench and back splash all using the same material supplied by Boston Bluestone. Atlas Hardwares Elizabeth Collection in warm brass is the perfect hardware to complement the blue cabinetry in this vibrant bathroom remodel, along with the Kate & Laurel Minuette 24 x 36 mirror in gold and Mitzi Anya wall sconces in brass. The vanity space includes two Kohler Archer undermount sinks with Grohe Atrio collection faucets. The freestanding Victoria + Albert Trivento bathtub pairs with a Grohe Atrio floor mounted tub faucet. The tub area includes a custom designed archway and recessed shelves that make this a stunning focal point in the bathroom design. The custom alcove shower enclosure includes a built in bench, corner shelves, and accent tiled niche, along with Grohe standard and handheld showerheads. The tile selections from MSI are both a practical and stylish element of this design with Dymo Stripe White 12 x 24 glossy tile on the shower walls, Bianco Dolomite Pinwheel polished tile for the niche, and Georama Grigio polished tile for the shower floor. The bathroom floor is Bianco Dolomite 12 x 24 polished tile. Every element of this bathroom design works together to create a stunning, vibrant space.
