We decided to place the shower location directly under our clients' existing skylight. A major goal of this project was to incorporate a lot of natural light. Having a skylight in the shower is a great way to bring in light but still have your privacy.

Duquesa, our new collection of handpainted tiles, draws on influences as disparate as Italian textiles, Portuguese ceramic tiles, Moroccan mosaics, Egyptian wood inlay and Chinese decorative screens. Each tile is handpainted on a cream background, creating a rich vintage look that fits a home with historical roots or brings gravitas to a newly constructed space.
Usage:
Residential: Interior walls and low traffic flooring such as bathroom floors. Not suitable for countertops. Use in showers limited to walls. Commercial: Interior vertical surfaces. See Tools | Usage Guide for more details.

JMC Home Remodeling
The owners of this 80’s contemporary-style bath longed for a more elegant bathroom that would blend with the traditional look of the rest of their home.
Though the existing master bath was large, it did not optimize its space for utility or aesthetics. JMC removed the walls that separated the toilet, an existing platform tub, and an oversized linen closet that was eating up space. Now a beautiful, freestanding tub becomes the focal point under the vaulted ceiling with skylight. A new, two-person shower with storage shelves replaces the former dark stall shower. An expansive custom vanity offers plenty of light and storage including rollout trays and drawers. Next to the vanity, a half-wall provides privacy for the toilet area, yet doesn’t impede on the overall flow of the bathroom. Additionally, a beautiful custom furniture piece functions as linen storage.
We carefully added traditional details throughout that enhance and compliment the existing contemporary vaulted ceiling, yet blend with the rest of the home. Custom paneling, moldings, and a corner wall column create beautiful traditional details. Our clients now have the stunning bath space they envisioned.

This beautiful lake house included high end appointments throughout, until you entered the Master Bath, with builder grade vanities, cultured marble tub and counter tops, standard trim.
It now has an elegant his and her vanity with towers at each end, a center tower and make up station, and lots of drawers for additional storage.
The newly partitioned space (where the original tub was located) now serves as a fully accessible shower, with seat, hand held shower next to seat, shower head in ceiling and three body sprays. A lateral drain was used to minimize the required slope. Stone surfaces produce feel of old world elegance.
The bathroom is spacious, easy to maintain, the cabinetry design and storage space allows for everything to be at your finger tips, but still organized, put away and out of sight.
Precision Homecrafters was named Remodeler of the Year by the Alabama Home Builders Association. Since 2006, we've been recognized with over 51 Alabama remodeling awards for excellence in remodeling. Our customers find that our highly awarded team makes it easy for you to get the finished home you want and that we save them money compared to contractors with less experience.
