Love the kitchen! Could you tell me what is the back splash?
Hi. Could you tell me what kind of wood/finish is the cabinetry?
What colour did you use on wall and ceiling? Thanks
Do you happen to know the source of these curtains/drapes? I obviously like everything about this design and room!
Reminds me of our Shablool pendants! Shown below in Milk, but it's completely customizable and can be made in however many pendants you need, and definitely in clear! It's a gorgeous fixture, indeed - looks lovely over a table like this!
Thank you for your interest. I believe the owner purchased those from Anthropology. I'm not sure if they still have those specific drapes as they change selections
If you want to bring balance and symmetry to your decor instead, you can neatly group a number of lightbulb fixtures, as is perfectly showcased by this interior.

gave me a great idea for re-doing my fireplace! I was wondering, what is the white trim looking stuff on the edge of the fireplace tile, and what did you put right below that above the white painted brick? It looks like brick or some sort of tile that looks like brick? Thanks for any help!

How do you come about finding furniture pieces, artwork, etc. then put them together? I'm using this photo to decorate my apartment and need some clear objectives. Thank you for being creative and sharing with the class! -Monessa

is to create a light neutral palate, and then add some pops of color with things that you love. As you go, try to add some smaller accent pieces to bring those colors onto other parts of the room. All in all, you will end up with a design that is eclectic, but balanced - just like the room above.

glasses, or would it be wiser to sell them or gift them to a relative? Anything you no longer love. We’ve all been there: You buy something on a whim, but it doesn’t really suit your style or your life. Let it go. Decor gone overboard. A great vase, a few candleholders or even a well-curated collection
dishes or silverware. How many do you really need and use? If you enjoy entertaining large groups, it might make sense to keep a large number of extras on hand — just keep in mind your needs. Very formal pieces you are afraid to use. What is holding you back? Can you get over it and use those beautiful
house. You can always get them out when you need them — it’s more important to have room for the things you use and love on a daily basis. Sort your drawers and cupboards by category: placemats in one, napkins and napkin rings in another, serving implements in a third and so on. Before you call it
