Adding 12 inches to the width of this shower opened up an oasis built for two! The original builder grade shower had an open top in this vaulted ceiling master bathroom and the client wanted to be rescued from the draft. We decided to frame a hood over the shower with ventilation and disk LED lighting to keep the steam in the shower. Sloping the shower towards the new charcoal tile floors allowed us to keep this shower curbless without excessive subfloor or mortar build up. We used a charcoal flat stone tile for the shower flooring, converted the existing drain to a trough drain, added two corner floating benches, glass charcoal gray mosaic tile ceiling and accent strip with cobalt blue stripe, dual double niches with bianco carrara marble framing, with elegant gooseneck brushed nickel sold brass fixtures

A large wooden, semi-custom double vanity with an abundance of storage with plenty of pull-out shelves, gray and white marble countertop, two round, silver mirrors, and two brand new sconces. This project was a full bathroom remodel for a wonderful client in Hayes Valley. The bathroom was designed to maximize storage and to be easy to clean. The design takes advantage of the 10' high ceilings with bright yellow-orange paint and staggered hand made glass pendant lights. The client loves amber glass so we added amber glass mosaic accent tile, vessel sink, pendants and hardware. The rest of the space is kept clean and neutral with gray 12x24 floor and wall tile and dark gray wall paint. http://www.whistlephotography.com/

An elegant white bathroom with an open loft feel was given plenty of storage with the installation of a large wooden, semi-custom double vanity which includes plenty of pull-out-shelves and a large marble countertop, two round, silver mirrors, and two brand new sconces. The rest of the bathroom features cement ceilings, white tiled walls and floors, textured tiles, a large bathtub, and a spacious walk-in shower. A bathroom upgrade that features new tiles surrounding the tub area and new baseboard tiles, fixtures, two built-in tile shelves, and a custom subway-style glass niche in the shower. For the rest of the bathroom, faux wood plank tiles floors, a dark wooden Wyndham vanity with marble countertops and chrome faucets was installed along with two matching mirrors.
