Dancer Concrete Design
This outdoor patio space was designed to be stained with a reactive concrete stain and then sealed with an outdoor concrete sealer. The 6" border was stained a slightly higher concentration of the same color to allow for some boldness around the exterior while still blending with the remaining color.

This 1889 Victorian underwent a gut rehabilitation in 2010-2012 to transform it from a dilapidated 2BR/1BA to a 5BR/4BA contemporary family home. The rear of the home opens completely to the patio with an embedded Olive tree via a 9' bi-fold French door system. The patio features large concrete pads separated by 1/2" gravel. Board formed concrete retaining walls retain the impression of the wood forms. An herb planter to the right of the stair serves for kitchen cuttings. The original aggregate patio was broken up and dry stacked for the rear terrace wall. This house achieved a LEED Platinum green certification from the US Green Building Council in 2012.

Nestled into sloping topography, the design of this home allows privacy from the street while providing unique vistas throughout the house and to the surrounding hill country and downtown skyline. Layering rooms with each other as well as circulation galleries, insures seclusion while allowing stunning downtown views. The owners' goals of creating a home with a contemporary flow and finish while providing a warm setting for daily life was accomplished through mixing warm natural finishes such as stained wood with gray tones in concrete and local limestone. The home's program also hinged around using both passive and active green features. Sustainable elements include geothermal heating/cooling, rainwater harvesting, spray foam insulation, high efficiency glazing, recessing lower spaces into the hillside on the west side, and roof/overhang design to provide passive solar coverage of walls and windows. The resulting design is a sustainably balanced, visually pleasing home which reflects the lifestyle and needs of the clients.

Dynamic Garage Door
A luxurious alternative to custom wood garage doors are our ECO-Alternative composite designer garage doors. Architectural designs are unlimited and just like these customized garage doors, decorative iron hardware was added to give these garage doors a unique design to suit this home's style. This particular model replicates the tongue and groove vertical slats with perimeter trim typical of custom wood garage doors. Painted in a rich sage green these custom composite garage doors are a true architectural element.

This is a custom home that was designed and built by a super Tucson team. We remember walking on the dirt lot thinking of what would one day grow from the Tucson desert. We could not have been happier with the result.
This home has a Southwest feel with a masculine transitional look. We used many regional materials and our custom millwork was mesquite. The home is warm, inviting, and relaxing. The interior furnishings are understated so as to not take away from the breathtaking desert views.
The floors are stained and scored concrete and walls are a mixture of plaster and masonry.
Southwest inspired kitchen with custom cabinets and clean lines.

TCP Custom Outdoor Living
This cozy, yet gorgeous space added over 310 square feet of outdoor living space and has been in the works for several years. The home had a small covered space that was just not big enough for what the family wanted and needed. They desired a larger space to be able to entertain outdoors in style. With the additional square footage came more concrete and a patio cover to match the original roof line of the home. Brick to match the home was used on the new columns with cedar wrapped posts and the large custom wood burning fireplace that was built. The fireplace has built-in wood holders and a reclaimed beam as the mantle. Low voltage lighting was installed to accent the large hearth that also serves as a seat wall. A privacy wall of stained shiplap was installed behind the grill – an EVO 30” ceramic top griddle. The counter is a wood to accent the other aspects of the project. The ceiling is pre-stained tongue and groove with cedar beams. The flooring is a stained stamped concrete without a pattern. The homeowner now has a great space to entertain – they had custom tables made to fit in the space.
