An original, one-of-a-kind design for a complete kitchen transformation!
Existing cabinet boxes were repainted, glazed, and topcoated in a lovely cream color with a mocha glaze. We added new, custom cabinet doors, painted and glazed to match, as well as new hardware in oil-rubbed bronze. Custom etched glass inserts were added to a few cabinet doors to bring interest and charm. The under-sink cabinets were modified to accommodate a new farmhouse sink.
We installed chic Antico Bianco countertops throughout the kitchen. The backsplash is an elegant cracked glass subway tile.
New crown molding was installed and we continued the look throughout the open concept area by painting the built in bookcases in the living area to match the crown molding, and using the same hardware as on the kitchen cabinets. This gives the space a sense of cohesion.
New paint brightened up the space and the look was pulled together by the materials that were selected and installed, including new, modern pendant lighting and matching chandelier, classic oil rubbed bronze drape rods, and sophisticated plum drapes.
The new light fixtures help create a dynamic view from any angle.
The acid washed concrete style porcelain floors are carried throughout the kitchen and breakfast nook area, and are used as the floor molding as well. The finish of the flooring adds a subtle lustre that changes with the light.

The island took the place of a powder room that was relocated. This left us with plumbing in the right spot. The island also required a support cabinet because of its size and span. Et voila - a prep sink made the best use of the situation. We persevered in finding a sink with a corner drain and a faucet that separated the spout from the control. Add an under-sink garbage and knife/cutting board storage for a great prep center in the middle of the action.
ShelfGenie of San Antonio
Organize your existing bathroom cabinets and vanities with custom pull out shelves and risers from ShelfGenie of San Antonio. Our full-extension pull out shelves provide easy access to items stored on any part of the shelf, from the front to the back. Risers are designed to create an additional layer of storage that fits around the plumbing inside your under-sink cabinets.

Dura Supreme Cabinetry
Storage Solutions - A two-tiered shelf provides extra storage on either side of the pluming fixtures (SBO).
“Loft” Living originated in Paris when artists established studios in abandoned warehouses to accommodate the oversized paintings popular at the time. Modern loft environments idealize the characteristics of their early counterparts with high ceilings, exposed beams, open spaces, and vintage flooring or brickwork. Soaring windows frame dramatic city skylines, and interior spaces pack a powerful visual punch with their clean lines and minimalist approach to detail. Dura Supreme cabinetry coordinates perfectly within this design genre with sleek contemporary door styles and equally sleek interiors.
This kitchen features Moda cabinet doors with vertical grain, which gives this kitchen its sleek minimalistic design. Lofted design often starts with a neutral color then uses a mix of raw materials, in this kitchen we’ve mixed in brushed metal throughout using Aluminum Framed doors, stainless steel hardware, stainless steel appliances, and glazed tiles for the backsplash.

We also wanted to mention this beautiful under-sink cabinet that Dave custom built out to look like a furniture piece. It fits so well with the style and color scheme of this kitchen!
The flooring used is a black and white penny tile, which was another feature that Dave specifically chose to match the era of this home. You can’t tell in the photos, but the black portions of this tile came from the manufacturer about 1/16 to 1/8 inch smaller than the white portions, making it a real challenge to install it seamlessly! The black portion’s mats were cut individually and then spaced out a little further than they should have been to make up for the size difference. Talk about a timely commitment! The finished flooring was well worth the extra time and effort since this particular tile was difficult to find anywhere else.

The SBVDT is your first line of defense against under-sink cabinet damage from minor leaks. The unique design not only protects the bottom of your cabinet by holding water, the tray actually funnels excessive water to the front of your cabinet and out onto the floor alerting you of the leak. The series is designed for installation in NEW cabinets from 21", 24", 27", 30", 33" and 36" vanity sink base cabinets They are easy to clean up and resistant to most household chemicals. This product may require extra cuts or modification if installing into existing sink base cabinets where your plumbing is coming thru the floor, rather than the rear of the cabinet.

This couple hired us to help them navigate the challenging process of building a new home. Even though the husband is in the construction industry and they were acting as general contractors, they needed help with all of the decisions to be made for the interior of the house. It was a pleasure for us to come on board!
We helped with all aspects, from consulting on the floor plans to selecting all of the finishes to decorating the home before move in. We went for a very clean and modern aesthetic with a lot of white bringing depth in with the warm tones of the acacia wood floor. Furniture and accessories were where we brought in pops of color to give it a young and fun vibe for this family of six.
