Rich hues and quality furnishings expertly selected for durability as well as beauty set this 3-bedroom, modern plantation style luxury villa apart. Its well designed space pleases the senses with its many custom details. Lovely island inspired murals by artist Penelope, such as the large-scale, antiqued pineapples adorning the entry walls , lend an elegant and unique welcome. Mango red and palm green fabrics used throughout set a lush tropical vibe against relaxing earth tones. The expansive lanai provides additional comfortable living space with contemporary and classic furnishings and inspiring color.

Looking for a peaceful retirement spot, these clients chose Poipu Crater for it’s coastal location and lush surroundings. Their love of bright, clear jewel tones inspired the direction for this remodel project. Choosing the main area rug was important, as it set the tone for the rest of the house. The rug is dramatic, with it’s overscaled floral in bright, happy hues, and brings a smile to the owner’s faces each time they walk into the room. Tropical botanical artwork is seen throughout the rooms, including some pieces by Kauai’s own Robin McCoy. Gorgeous fabrics also infuse the home with vibrant shades. This colorful palette is showcased with a neutral backdrop of textural finishes such as the whitewashed oak flooring, pebble stone bath flooring, and overscale white subway tiles in the showers. Metal finishes in brushed golds and dark bronze bring a richness and warmth to the scheme. The full kitchen redesign allows for better functionality while adding drama with height and scale. The stunning glass herringbone backsplash is a work of art in it’s own right and adds an element of surprise when you first enter the home. Textural “rock candy” glass pendant lights and crisp, white shaker cabinets make this room sparkle! To help with the desired clean and uncluttered look, storage was carefully planned in this home, and special details such as pop-out outlets above the night stands were added to keep things organized and to optimize functionality. This colorful, tropical oasis will be enjoyed for many years to come!

Pinch pleated drapery panel on a curved double shower rod in a large teal, aqua, and brown Jacobean print. It draws open to the right with a plastic liner behind it. The fabric pulls together the wall paint color and the tile color. We also did a complimenting woven wood roman shade in the adjacent window.

Step into this beautiful blue kid's bathroom and take in all the gorgeous chrome details. The double sink vanity features a high gloss teal lacquer finish and white quartz countertops. The blue hexagonal tiles in the shower mimick the subtle linear hexagonal tiles on the floor and give contrast to the organic wallpaper.

The countertops are Black Marinace, (also known as Marinace Granite, Aquarium Granite, and Nero Marinace Granite, and Black Morgan Granite) is a one of a kind Brazilian granite. It is completely natural. It is not man-made. It has black background with thousands of petrified stones in as many colors and shapes.

This two-story addition and interior renovation featuring a gorgeous summer kitchen captures the beauty of lakefront living. The ordinary 1970’s Altamonte Springs one story home was transformed into a key west theme year-round retreat which lends itself to open, casual living and entertaining. The screen porch was replaced with a gorgeous summer kitchen and obstructed views were eliminated with motorized phantom screens that retract into the soffits all around the porch. Florida lakefront living at it’s finest.
