Business Description
Working primarily on single family dwellings and remodelings, I enjoy working with people intimately connected with the buildings that they commission. As a consequence, many of my clients feel that their buildings originate from themselves and are thus authentic.

I enjoy working on projects situated throughout the diverse landscape of the Bay Area, from dense urban settings to smaller towns to more rural settings. And I am challenged by the variety of social and political circumstances that the effort to built presents.

I was trained as an architect and as a social psychologist. I am also a film maker of documentaries focused on the history and evolution of landscapes and buildings.

Good question. The metal is held about 3-1/2" above the floor. The floor is a large, single sheet vinyl flooring that coves up onto the wall and goes up behind the sheet metal.

The metal is similarly held away from the ceiling, where the glossy, grey painted ceiling color descends the wall behind the metal.

thanks -- that makes sense. I assumed the metal panel went all the way to the floor and couldn't envision how it was finished off. interesting maneuver!
