“Ahwaga was the sole flooring contractor for our new home in 2006, and the only contractor who delivered on every commitment he made to me. I was shopping all over for carpet that I liked and could afford. There was a carpet sample in his discontinued stack, but I really liked it and my husband would agree to color. I said find me something like this. Tom went back to the manufacturer who found one more roll in the warehouse... and I got it. His installers showed up on time and did quality work, cleaning up after themselves.... for both carpet and engineered wood flooring. We had a friend who installed tile but Ahwaga sold us the tile and materials along with expert advice. I still go back to him for other projects buying stain, tools, etc. He is local and definitely very competitive against big box competition. We went to him in 2012 to furnish a rental apt. He gave us an all included price. We went to Carpet Warehouse who gave us a higher price on lower quality carpet. The warehouse per yard price looked less expensive, and then they added pad, and transportation, etc. I do not shop around any more for any flooring or finishing product.”

“It is a small family business. The owner and staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, and their prices are very reasonable. Because they are small they don't have a wide variety of stone, but they had the River White granite we wanted (when larger companies in the area didn't) so it worked for us. We've learned they recently increased their inventory so that's good news!”
