Flat or curved on both sides? I have knotty pine on my knee walls and then sheetrocked ceilings. I have been trying to figure out how to trim out the room. It will need this since the pine / sheetrock don't match the best at seams. Thank you.

I am a single female with no handy men friends and can't afford contractors anymore (not to mention all the bad experiences I have had with them).
