“Kasia was great at both decorating and being a general contractor at a reasonable fee. I was away during the entire project and she understood my taste (whimsy modern?) and managed to bring the project (a complete rebuilt of an 1,100sf appt) to completion with a small budget and time overrun (but I still know that she saved me quite a bit of money in many ways). She was great at communicating despite the distance and over the time-zones and at shepherding the project through Vail's permitting nightmare. Her subcontractors were honest and personable. I am delighted with the result and am glad to have had Kasia as my contractor and decorator.”

We then hired Pinnacle for a major garage and kitchen renovation. I enjoy working with the Rockridge team because they are determined to create the best product possible for our clients. From the perspective of an architect, this constant pursuit of quality makes it a pleasure to collaborate on these projects. Our most recent project, the Glenwild Residence, was a perfect example of their ability to work with clients to value engineer the early designs. “Spirit Builders converted our old, outdated cabin on the Blue River into a completely updated mountain modern home our family loves. It was a 3 br 1 bath single family home whose entire interior needed a complete remodel, including all new plumbing, a new bath added upstairs, and laundry added downstairs. Jon is detailed, accountable, and creative - an impressive combination. He values quality and has a great network of suppliers in the area. Lastly, he was accurate about budget and timing. Spirit Builders was highly recommended to us and we feel lucky to have worked with them and have already and will continue to recommend them to others.”

“Did a great job building my house. It turned out to be well built. Close to budget and under a year to build! Tony Rutgers has assembled an A team with dedicated foremen and supervisors to get the job done. He has subs that show up and get the job done and he is fair with the pricing of fixing mistakes. He and his crew are all delightful to work with. They worked very well with my designer, Michael Paxton.”
