Where could one see floor plan of this beautiful house. - Looking to build soon and found this lovely home and now we need to see floor plans and SqFt, etc. Please help.
Thank you!! »
jobevfain There is a home in Oklahoma City's Nichols area that had this same elevation. These are custom built homes and the plans belong to the owners.
Would appreciate a response - What brand are the front French doors and/ or windows? What size are they? Also you mentioned in a earlier answer " secondary elevation" what do you mean by that? »
Isler Homes The doors and Windows are by Pella. The front door is custom by Solara. Secondary elevations would refer to all elevations other than the front. The doors and windows are various sizes.
katharinep Beautiful home! I can see why it made the 2012 list. Can you tell me what type of cast stone and manufacture? I love this limestone look. Thank you.
What colour are the windows? Are they painted or sealed? - Love the whole exterior, but wondering if I can obtain a similar look on my plastered house. Roof similar pitch with dormer windows and existing wooden "cottage pane" windows are natural wood. Have just heard of a brazilian product whereby you can reseal windows and change the colour - even to white!!! Love your comments on colour of windows and what colour would be similar to the walls you did? »
Isler Homes The walls are Cast Stone similar in color to limestone, they are not painted. The windows are Pella aluminum clad wood windows, they are also not painted, they are Pella's "Tan" clad color.
design - Would it be possible to design a home similar to this one but on a smaller scale? Would you be interested in doing a project like that? Do you have any plans for homes similar to this design but on a smaller scale that could be modified some? »
rbcola Is the natural stone a smooth limestone? That's what it looks like. This is a beautiful design and finishes. Just lovely. We're building and I would like to know the color, manufacturer of the windows please. Also, could you share the type of window and style - how tall they are 1st & 2nd floor? Sorry for all the questions - I appreciate this.
rbcola What exactly is "cast stone"? Is it stone that has been "created" (manufactured) to look like a natural stone? What is "masonary stucco" please? Is that similar to or the same as EFIS? How do I differentiate between masonary stucco versus EFIS

10. Parisian style in the heart of Dallas. Inspired by classic French manors, this elegant home is actually in Texas. The straightforward landscaping draws the eye straight to the stately cast-stone facade. These photos made 2012's Most Popular list based on how many times they were added to Houzz users' ideabooks.
