Wendy Quenzer It looks like capiz shells to me. West Elm sells one similar- with rectangular shaped shells.

The only thing im drawn to in this room is the light fixture. I love the bubbly feel. i dont like anything else in this because i feel it doesn't go together. This rem,inds me of the federal era because of how plain it is.
