Fireplace - Would you be so kind to tell me about your fireplace design? How far off the ground is and how are is the opening? is it gas and does it have any glass in the surround? Thanks so much »
lizoregon You can just go to your idea book, click "edit" and click "remove photo". I don't think Houzz will do this for you. Or am I missing your purpose in posting? :-)
Where was the chandelier purchased? - It looks similar to one from West Elm, but this one looks much fuller. I like it much better and would love to know where to get it. »
Should dining room have a rug or not? - I have a small dining room with a traditional table. We have hardwood throughout and wondering if I should take up the rug for a new look? »
2. Contemporary open fireplace in Denver. A double-sided fireplace both separates and connects the dining and living rooms in this ranch house. The mix of stone tiles on the floor and fireplace complements the shell chandelier — a combination Houzzers loved.
The only thing im drawn to in this room is the light fixture. I love the bubbly feel. i dont like anything else in this because i feel it doesn't go together. This rem, inds me of the federal era because of how plain it is.
