If they did not include the hardware it would have been selected by the interior designer and they are RLH Studios located in Minneapolis.

Hello-I just installed a floor almost identical to this one in my foyer using Concorde Atlas Porcelain tiles. The line is called EVOLVE and the colors are white and night. It turned out perfectly. We did black grout with it. Also, I had to order the 24"X24" and have my tile layers cut them into 12X12 tiles. I am a perfectionist, and I could not be more pleased with the look and quality of this product! It is stunning. Best of luck! Here is a pic...
