All work completed in house by Andrew and our talented crew. Original floor had major structural issues. Leveled and sistered all the joists. Greenboard installed on the walls with first coat on seams. Kerdiboard installed on tile walls.

Master Bathroom, Silver Leafed Ceiling next to lavender Venetian Plaster, Newport Coast, CA My client wanted her Master Bathroom walls & ceilings to coordinate with her exquisite marble. We had fun with this one, with an initial raised relief pattern subtly imbedded underneath which is seen in the light and accents with the bedroom patterns. The extensive renovation of this Colonial Revival influenced residence aimed to blend historic period details with modern amenities. Challenges for this project were that the existing front entry porch and side sunroom were structurally unsound with considerable settling, water damage and damage to the shingle roof structure. This necessitated the total demolition and rebuilding of these spaces, but with modern materials that resemble the existing characteristics of this residence. A new flat roof structure with ornamental railing systems were utilized in place of the original roof design. This funky suburban setting home used elements of its original rustic, modern vibe juxtaposed with quirky, curated pieces to create unexpected vignettes and conversational spaces. Its bright and modern open plan contrasted with vintage over-dyed rugs, contemporary art, and saturated colors add an unconventional twist. The rooftop teen lounge serves edgy design with pop-art flair.

We knocked down the wall between the existing 3/4 bath and the adjacent office to create a large, spa-like master bathroom that includes custom maple wood cabinetry, porcelain floors, ceramic wall tile, mother of pearl mirrors and quartz countertops.
