During the planning phase we undertook a fairly major Value Engineering of the design to ensure that the project would be completed within the clients budget. The client identified a ‘Fords Garage’ style that they wanted to incorporate. They wanted an open, industrial feel, however, we wanted to ensure that the property felt more like a welcoming, home environment; not a commercial space. A Fords Garage typically has exposed beams, ductwork, lighting, conduits, etc. But this extent of an Industrial style is not ‘homely’. So we incorporated tongue and groove ceilings with beams, concrete colored tiled floors, and industrial style lighting fixtures. During construction the client designed the courtyard, which involved a large permit revision and we went through the full planning process to add that scope of work. The finished project is a gorgeous blend of industrial and contemporary home style.

This kitchen is equipped with the most beautiful solid hardware the market has to offer. The Buster & Punch signature cross-knurl pattern is diamond-cut into 20mm diameter solid bar and inspired by machinery. Industrial in look and scale this knurl feels amazing under the touch. The cross-knurl is accompanied by their signature solid metal coin screws. Available in stainless steel, brass, smoked bronze, or black. We carry the entire Buster & Punch product line for cabinet hardware, door hardware, lighting, and decorative accessories.

Located in the heart of Victoria Park neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, FL, this kitchen is a play between clean, transitional shaker style with the edginess of a city loft. There is a crispness brought by the White Painted cabinets and warmth brought through the addition of Natural Walnut highlights. The grey concrete floors and subway-tile clad hood and back-splash ease more industrial elements into the design. The beautiful walnut trim woodwork, striking navy blue island and sleek waterfall counter-top live in harmony with the commanding presence of professional cooking appliances. The warm and storied character of this kitchen is further reinforced by the use of unique floating shelves, which serve as display areas for treasured objects to bring a layer of history and personality to the Kitchen. This space came together after an opportunity of several small unused storage spaces in the basement were reworked to make one large man cave and hidden gun room. Metal custom cabinets provide additional storage for ammunition and hand guns. An antique reloading bench at the end of the room serves as a focal point along with the custom metal-finished wall. Laminate flooring adds warmth to the basement floor.
