A small sized master bathroom we renovated to feel timeless, spacious, and functional. To increase storage, we installed a floating vanity, cabinets, and a credenza-like storage, offering our clients ample storage for their linens and toiletries. For a trendy aesthetic, we incorporated rich, earthy wood furnishings and contrasting hexagon shower tiling. Other elements include contemporary sconce lighting, a new shower niche, and a spa-inspired body spray. A very dark and narrow master bath was transformed into an open and bright space once we we opened up the shower enclosure and shifted the wall to include a much more functional built-in linen closet. The accent tile was carried across the wall to include the commode area cleverly hidden behind the half wall and helped make the space feel bigger. A new vanity area with a broad, dual sink and just the right mixture of materials and textures help keep the feel consistent with the rest of the home.

This Altadena home is the perfect example of modern farmhouse flair. The powder room flaunts an elegant mirror over a strapping vanity; the butcher block in the kitchen lends warmth and texture; the living room is replete with stunning details like the candle style chandelier, the plaid area rug, and the coral accents; and the master bathroom’s floor is a gorgeous floor tile. Although the Kids Bathroom was reduced in size by a few feet to add additional space in the Master Bathroom, you would never suspect it! Because of the new layout and design selections, it now feels even larger than before. We chose light colors for the walls, flooring, cabinetry, and tiles, as well as a large mirror to reflect more light. A custom linen closet with pull-out drawers and frosted glass elevates the design while remaining functional for this family. For a space created to work for a teenage boy, teen girl, and pre-teen girl, we showcase that you don’t need to sacrifice great design for functionality!

This bathroom remodel was designed by Lindsay from our Windham Showroom. This remodel features Cabico Unique Vanity cabinets with Maple wood 625/k (recessed panel) inset framed cabinets and Chantilly (while) paint finish. It also features Cambria quartz countertops w/ Oakmore color and standard edge. The bath floor tile is 6”x24” Anatolia vintage wood with saddle color and herringbone pattern. The shower wall tile is 12”x24” Anatolia Kahahari with mica color and the back and front of the showers is 3”x12”Artisan Glass mist. The accent linear mosaic tile is Anatolia Bliss Fusion clay. Other features include Kohler persuade white toilet, Brizo Virage finish for faucet, rain head, showerhead, and robe hooks, Kohler verticyl square sinks and Emteck Lido Knobs. What makes this project interesting was they installed new transom windows.

This master bath got a complete remodel with a large walk in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities and modern finishes. Granite, elongated subway tiles glass tiles and a new color scheme make it feel updated and spa-like. The new layout makes it very functional for the owners.
